Presence is the expression of stillness within movement.
In addition to practicing Structural Integration, Christopher has studied and practiced Yoga, Qigong, and Tai Chi Chuan since 1987. He completed a Certified Yoga Instructor Training in 1999 with Forrest Studios in Seattle, Washington. Under the teachings of Master Gao Fu in Seattle, Christopher learned the Chen Tai Chi Chuan form. While in Tucson, he learned both the Yang Tai Chi Chuan form and Chao Qigong forms from Michael Phillips.
Prior to making a full-time commitment to practice Structural Integration, Christopher was a practicing architect in Arizona and Washington for 24 years. He received his degree in Architecture from the University of Arizona in 1977, and was licensed professionally in Arizona in 1978 and Washington in 1993.
The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen, nor touched . . . but felt in the heart.
Christopher strives to integrate his experiences in Yoga, Ayurveda, Qigong, and Tai Chi Chuan, along with the creative "design process" orientation of his architectural background, into his Structural Integration practice.
How do I listen to others? As if everyone were my master speaking to me his cherished last words.
